June Wagner-Gilbert won the title at 135 pounds Saturday at The Gobbler girls wrestling invitational at Lawrence Central. She went 5-0 on the day to win the title, one of eight Dragons to place in the event. As a team, the Dragons finished fifth of 29 teams. Reagan Fortier finished second at 170, going 3-1. Calie Means was third at 120, going 4-1 on the day. Bellamy Reardon finished fourth at 140, going 3-2 on the day. Miranda LaRoche was fifth at 190, going 2-2 on the day. Three Dragons finished seventh - Kalissa Jacobs (125), Callee Rains (130) and Elizabeth Champ (155). In addition, Carmie Kelle won the JV title at 155 pounds. The Dragons are next in action Dec. 10 at Greenfield-Central.
