The New Palestine girls volleyball team played its second five-set match of the season Tuesday - and won its second fifth set - beating host Greenwood Christian 25-20, 25-14, 22-25, 19-25, 15-10. The Dragons had a big night defensively. Adelynn Crispin had 22 digs, as well as nine kills. Emmi Robinson added 15 digs and three aces. Beth Comer also had 15 digs. Kennedy Armstrong had a double-double with 29 assists, 15 digs and five aces. Kelly Sevier also had 15 assists. At the net, Cara Steele led the Dragons with 14 kills. Elena Cook added 11. Caylee Brown had eight kills and four blocks. The Dragons are now 3-0 on the season. They next play Thursday against Guerin Catholic in the Dragons' home opener.
