New Palestine High School

The New Palestine volleyball team won its first trophy of the year, winning two matches convincingly to claim the New Palestine Invitational title. The Dragons opened with a 25-13, 25-6 victory over Lawrence Central. They followed with a 25-18, 25-16 victory over Southport in the second match to win the round-robin tournament. The Dragons are now 15-2 on the season. They next play Monday at home against Franklin Central.
