The New Palestine tennis team dropped a 4-0 decision Thursday at Delta. Arabella Deisher fell 6-4, 6-1 at No. 1 singles. Bethany Blachly dropped a 6-3, 6-3 decision at No. 2. At No. 3 singles, Kaitlyn Mitchell was the only Dragon to win a set, as she split sets 6-2, 2-6. She was on serve and trailing 4-3 in the final set when rains came and washed away her match. Both doubles teams fell, as Maizy Haynes/Riley Watts lost 6-0, 6-0 and Alyssa Beller/Addison Ballard lost 6-1, 6-0. The Dragons are now 6-1 (1-1 HHC). They are next in action Tuesday at Southwestern (Shelby).
