New Palestine High School

The New Palestine girls golf team won its Senior Day match Monday against Pendleton Heights at The Links, beating the Arabians 171-199. Lauren Deering was match medalist with a 38. Senior Katie Kelley shot 42. Tessa Mohr added a 45, and senior Matti Tiede-White carded a 46. Senior Kalle Jones added a 53. Among other scorers, Carlee Poorbaugh shot 52, Jozlynn Hart 55, Libby Hunter and Aubree Amback 56 and Abby Keyes 59. The Dragons are back in action Tuesday at Arrowhead against Mt. Vernon.
